The menu of light bar food highlights the fresh local flavors of the season, and is complimented by a selection of refreshing summer cocktails, as well as half-price martinis and wines by the glass.

The recently published Zagat New orleans guide for 2009 lists Del Porto as one of the top rated restaurants in the city for food, with a rating of 26/30.
Del Porto is also listed in joint first place as the top Italian restaurant in New Orleans, as well as making the Top Service Ratings list.
Chefs Torre Bagalman and David Solazzo were recently nominated as semifinalists for the award of Best Chef (South) in the James Beard awards.
Although Torre and David didn't make the final shortlist, the nomination for this prestigious nationwide award reflects growing recognition of their work and the restaurant's reputation.
